from the pandemic lockdowns in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic
breakout year of 2020, starting out as an online seller of
halal-certified Nature’s Gift Virgin Coconut Oil, VCO
with Menthol Mouth Spray and Nasal Spray, as well as select
best-selling imported US brand cosmetics products.
Learning about the halal compliant cosmetics and toiletry products
manufacturing technology developed by the Department of Science and
Technology-Industrial Technology Development Institute (DOST-ITDI),
Affection8 Consumer Goods Trading saw the opportunity of harnessing
the locally-developed technology to come up with halal compliant
cosmetics and toiletry essentials that are proudly “Made in the
Philippines”.
Shaheen Beauty is a brand under a Single Proprietor/DTI registered business,
Affection8 Consumer Goods Trading.
In a short period of time, Shaheen Beauty was certified with the Food and Drug
Administration Philippines, has been Lab tested, Halal Certified, and now will enter the European Union Standard for Natural/Organic Products.
Affection8 is located at Block 3 Lot 6, Ciudad Del Carmen, Rosario Pasig City, Philippines.
